SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We will do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed before 1:00 PM on workdays the same day. However, we are not always able to achieve this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The prices stated do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:
Netherlands
from €5.75 for orders under €50
Free for orders over €75
Belgium
from €9.50 for orders under €50.
Free for orders over €100
Delivery is via the postman or parcel deliverer of PostNL, DPD or DHL. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
RETURNS
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. If you return the entire order, you will be credited with the full order amount including any shipping costs. If you return part of the order, any shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are borne by the customer. These costs are approximately €6.95 per package, consult your carrier’s website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at start@edit.school. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to courses, workshops and products that you purchase via this online store and are tailor-made according to the specification you entered. The sale is final after successful payment.
Exchange product?
Do you want to exchange your product? That’s no problem at all. You can contact start@edit.school for this. You will, however, bear the costs of returning the product yourself.
