Waag Open: fireflies, light up the city
Light up the city with the workshop ‘Making fireflies!” under the guidance of visual artist and illustrator Sanna Leupen, you will get to work with soldering, circuit boards and mini solar panels and make your own firefly!
Based on the Centrinno and Atelier projects, designer and inventor Eibert Draisma has designed a kit with which you can make a firefly that burns on solar energy. For those who have never soldered before, you will also practice basic soldering skills.
