Test the stability of your hand with the nerve coil. It has a circuit with an oscillator with a very high oscillation frequency of about 3 kHz (3000 cycles per second). Move the ring along the bent wire without touching it. As soon as you touch the wire, the buzzer will sound! The variable resistor allows you to change the pitch.
